There’s a way to instantly look leaner, more muscular, attractive, and confident that doesn’t involve a needle, “magical” supplements, or selling your soul to the devil. But the best part is that you can start right away. If you were to detach from your body and “drift” out of your head, up to the ceiling, and watch yourself reading this article, what would you see? Do you see slumped shoulders and a head craned so far forward it looks like you are part turtle? Or do you see a confident posture, shoulders back and down, chest raised high, feet firmly on the ground, lower back all the way against the back of the seat?

We’re routinely aware of the clothes we wear, the things we say to other people, and physical actions we take — walking, grabbing a glass of water, picking our nose — but we’re rarely aware of our posture. Bad posture can make you look smaller and less confident while making your body tighter and weaker. Increase your consciousness of your daily posture and it will lead to a better looking physique and less aches and pains.
